2013 Los Angeles Signature Chefs Auction

uni_chapter_chef_425x240The culinary event of the year is coming to the Fairmont Mirimar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica this Sunday, October 6th.  The March of Dimes present the 2013 Los Angeles Signature Chefs Auction, a night of fine food, wine and entertainment all for a good cause.  The event will feature some of the most prominent chefs in Los Angeles as they cook up some of their signature dishes created just for the evening while bidding on some of the most unique assortment of packages to raise funds for the vital work done by the March of Dimes.  Also in attendance will be some of the most prestigious of California wine vintners pouring up some delectable tastings all while enjoying the best live entertainment that Master of Ceremonies Nick Cannon could muster.

The list of restaurants will include Barnyard, Church & State, Cliff’s Edge, Cut, FIG, Ilgrano’s, Michael, Patina, PICCA, Ray’s and Stark Bar, Sugarfish, Umami, Viletta, Waterloo and City as well as an endless list of wineries and spirits including Andrew Murray Vineyards, Duckhorn Vineyards, Goose Island Beer Co., The Macallan, Rhum Clement, Rhum J.M., Louis Latour, Jonata and countless others.
