The restaurant, led by Michelin-starred Chef Mural Manjunath, prides itself on redefining fusion dining, and our visit confirmed just that. With a menu crafted to highlight the best of Indian cuisine while incorporating innovative twists, we were excited to dive into the DineLA offerings.

During our visit, we sampled the DineLA dinner menu, which is available from July 25 to August 8, 2025. Priced at $55 per person, the menu allows guests to select three dishes from an enticing array of options across multiple courses.

COURSE I featured delightful starters such as the Moringa & Lentil Sorba and Citrus Salad. The sorba was a refreshing introduction, combining earthy lentils with the vibrant notes of moringa, while the citrus salad offered a zesty kick that perfectly complemented the meal.

Moving to COURSE II, we were thrilled to try the Beetroot Edamame Cutlet, which showcased a creative use of ingredients and provided a satisfying texture. The Hariyali Paneer Tikka also caught our attention, offering a delicious, spiced alternative for those who appreciate paneer.

For the main course, COURSE III did not disappoint. We indulged in the Veg Mutton Masala, a rich and flavorful dish that packed a punch, alongside the comforting Tadka Dal Fry. Each bite was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to using high-quality ingredients and authentic spices.

Recently, we had the pleasure of trying the Dine LA menu at Carasau, a charming restaurant that has quickly become a destination in Los Angeles. Owned by the enthusiastic Vincenzo, Carasau offers an inviting atmosphere complemented by a friendly and attentive staff. On our visit, the restaurant was buzzing with energy, filled with patrons indulging in the unique flavors of Sardinian cuisine.

Carasau’s location is ideal for a night out. After enjoying a delightful meal, guests can stroll over to the Amazon Prime Theater next door or explore the vibrant outdoor gathering spot of Culver City, which is just a few steps away.

For $55 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the Dine LA menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes that showcase the richness of Sardinian flavors. 

First Course: A Choice of Freshness

We started our meal with the first course, where we had the option to choose one of three delightful dishes:

1. **Capresina** – A refreshing salad featuring arugula, cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella, and mint, all drizzled with a balsamic dressing. The accompanying Carasau bread added a perfect crunch.

2. **Fregola Salad (Vg)** – This vibrant dish was a colorful medley of fregola (pearl pasta), cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, tofu, broccoli, black olives, pickled beets, carrots, zucchini, snow peas, and chickpeas, all brightened with fresh mint.

3. **Bruschetta (Vg)** – A classic favorite, this toasted baguette was topped with olive oil, garlic, ripe tomatoes, basil, and mint, making for an irresistible appetizer.

Second Course: A Taste of Tradition

For the second course, we selected:
