The Experience Magazine recently got a chance to dine at the the super famous DRAGO Centro in downtown Los Angeles. DRAGO is considered by many as the best restaurant in Los Angeles. Vanessa Lua sampled the delicious la Burrata, il Branzino and handmade fettuccini with mushrooms and shaved truffles. Vincenzo Porcu elegantly explained the menu and the wine pairing.
