(LOS ANGELES, CA) – THE EXPERIENCE MAGAZINEĀ had the pleasure of dining at Prospect Gourmand for their dineLA menu. For the teaser, we had a farmers market salad which had thinly sliced veges, and wild baby arugula, artisan lettuce, persimmon, pickled shallots, candied hazelnuts, aged wine vinigrette and point reyes blue cheese all blended together perfectly for a great starter. We also tried their soup which was a califlower puree with garlic crispy sunchokes and black peas.

The aroma of this great vege dish further stimulated our appetite in prepartion for the main dish.

For the main dish, we had the lobster and gnocchi. It had a delicious spicy san marzano tomato sauce, oregano and parmesan. The combo of lobster and gnocchi went together really well and the sauce brought out all the subtle flavors of this great main course.

For dessert we had the decadent chocolate ganache tart. It had torched meringue, candied pecans, smoked sea salt, and had caramel gelato along with it.

If you bring your kids in there is a place for them to draw with chalk which brought a fun atmosphere to the restaurant.
The restaurant is right on restaurant row on La Cienega and THE EXPERIENCE MAGAZNE reccomends our readership to go and have a great dining experience.
