On July 26th, the 3rd Annual Taste of Summer, a one-night-only exclusive food and drink tasting event was hosted by The Fulfillment Fund Leadership Council.
Honorary chairs for the evening was Chef Evan Funke and Managing Partner Ed Keebler of Bucato, and Chef Makani of Pono Burger. KABC’s Food Reporter Lori Corbin was emcee the event.
All proceeds will benefit the Fulfillment Fund.
The event was held at the Victorian in Santa Monica.
Over 500 attendees were able to enjoyed a sampling of food and drinks from amazing restaurants, wineries and breweries.
Participation vendors: Pono Burger’s, Anheuser Busch, Dierberg & Star Lane Vineyards, Pepsi, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Windy Hill Spirits, Coffee Bean & Tea leaf, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Angel City Brewing, Adobe Road Winery, Monster Energy (Java Monster), Wood & Vine, Bestia, Sonoma Wine Garden, BuzzBar, Popsicle Culture and many more.
Taste of Summer 2013 raised over $90,000 for the Fulfillment Fund, helping local students overcome obstacles to pursue a life-changing college education.
