East LA Meets Napa & Beyond

Spread the love

On July 19th, join the folks at AltaMed and experience a journey through the famed Napa Valley with a unique event honoring authentic Mexican cuisine and the success of Latino-owned vineyards throughout California.  This wine-tasting celebration will take you on a trip through the Napa Valley and other California wine regions while “honoring the roots of so many Latino vintners and families.”

All proceeds from the event will go to AltaMed, who for over forty years have been providing quality care without exceptions to many children, seniors and their families from the Latino and other multi-ethnic communities throughout Southern California.  Access to medical and dental clinics, senior services, youth programs as well as HIV/AIDS and substance abuse prevention and treatment for these communities are provided by AltaMed and their constituents.

The event will take place at Union Station downtown LA on July 19th at 6pm. For more information visit eastlameetsnapa.com

  2. The Final Friday Docktail Parties are a HUGE SUCCESS!!! A BIG Shout Out goes out to CRAIG BRIDGES for your part in making the Sarasota Sailing Squadron THE PLACE TO BE on the FINAL FRIDAYS of the month. It’s a great time with a great band (from 7:30-10:00pm) and great frdiens. And is family friendly, too. We wouldn’t miss it.
