The food presentation from Sushi Chef Institute, Torrance Marriott and Palos Verdes Golf Club were excellent! I liked the clear mini dishes. The food was just right portion so that I can sample one of each! You don’t have to be a Hawaiian to like “Poke”, the Poke from Island Eats Hale’Aina had a great sauce. The sample of cakes and cookies from DoubleTree by Hilton and Salted Caramel Custard from Salt Creek Grille were amazing.

What a fun evening! Great food, Great music, Great people to talk, and a great sky!

Throughout the evening, lots of attendees enjoyed the samples of gourmet food, dessert and wine, as well as the hula performances.
