All Star Chef Classic
EeWorldNews.com and the Experience website was recently invited to attend the inaugural All-Star Chef Classic on Saturday, March 22nd at L.A. LIVE. Presented by DINELA and Stella Artois, the event featured experienced chefs from many different cultures. The 650 person international cookout featured many world class chefs.
The All Star Chefs Classic is a gourmet dinning event that brought together 28 world class chefs. Saturdays “Grill and Chill” event featured 10 chefs. Roy Choi, Michael Cimarusti, Ludo Lefebvre, Gabrielle Hamilton, Gavin Kaysen, Donald Link, Naomi Pomeroy, Paul Qui, Jon Shook and Ricardo Zarate The “Grill and Chill” event was Saturday nights VIP event on the rooftop of L.A. Live. The Restaurant Stadium was in downtown’s L.A. Live. The Chefs Tasting arena was a way for chefs to make and serve gourmet dinning in a VIP setting. Famous chefs and their mentors were able to create food on stage and serve it to seated attendees. There were demonstration areas where chefs were creating fine dinning. A few of the memorable celebrity chefs of Saturday night were Ben Ford and Roy Choi. Exceptional plates of fish and vegetarian faire were some of the favorites.
This was a huge event with large displays of lavish food. The produce tables were impressive.
The rooftop setting for “Grill and Chill” was just stunning. The selection of chefs was incredible.
The Experience really enjoyed the inaugural All Star Chefs Classic. We look forward to next year.
