LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sept. 19th, 2019) — The Experience Magazine was at the super exclusive DPA Pre-Awards luxury gifting lounge at hidden Luxe Sunset Boulevard hotel. Guests were treated to amazing new products, fabulous trips. This event celebrated the 25th anniversary of comedy series Friends. The iconic orange sofa of the TV series made a stop in the DPA suite, and selected guests will even go home with some of the anniversary branded products.
The DPA pre awards gift suite offered different experiences. In the Fashion studio and red-carpet section, guests were introduced to Swiss timepieces brand Rebellion. Based in Lonay, on the banks of Lake Geneva, Rebellion Timepieces are an exceptional player in the world of fine Swiss watchmaking. Passion, independence and a ‘no-compromise’ attitude sparked the company’s inception and continue to guide its development each passing day. Rebellion was presenting amazing watches and introduced in Hollywood some of its most expensive pieces valued at over a million dollars. Madame Adassa created one of a kind gowns, ready for red carpet appearances. De Marquet, another Swiss brand, also returned to the DPA event, with its “night and day bag”. Two great Canadian jewelry collections were present in the DPA pre awards gift suite: Lisa Young Lee returned with her reiki infused jellery, gorgeous bracelets or necklaces with semi-precious stones and will introduce its Feng Shui home pendants. New in the DPA suite, Bullets N Beads is a Custom jewelry company utilizing previously fired bullet and bullet casing, Swarovski crystals and leather for both men and women. NAUGHTY GIRL SHOP added to the fun, by providing gorgeous cocktail dresses.
One of the highlights of the suite this year was the MSKH cachemires. Created by Majda Sakho, (wife of French soccer team player Mamadou Sakho), MSKH was born in 2017 with a first line of «limited edition» baby cashmere sweaters, sold only on the brand’s website. They had a new collection of pure cashmere sweaters, woven in Inner Mongolia, a magical material that is for Majdalike a second skin, like a sensation, an intimate cocoon. Especially, embroidered ornaments, inspired by Senegalese and Moroccan costumes, frame the neck. They embellish the front of the sweater or go down to the hollow of the back with shining necklaces and inspired collars. MSKH concentrates and summarizes all the values of the Sakho’s, who are particularly concerned with childhood and youth in difficulty around the world. The benefits from the sale of this collection will be donated to the AMSAK Foundation, « AMSAK Donation » created by Mamadou and Majda to help children in difficulty.
Always innovative beauty products in the DPA events, very much on the green side this time: Mystic mama with its crystals hidden in yummy soaps, Sway and its “underarm detox mask”, Santa Barbara ‘s Salt Cave spa and its coffee scrubs, and favorite of the stars Nabila k. beautiful collection. Haas wellness center returned to the lounge, and gifting stars certificates for HydraFacial, fire and ice facials and Trusculpt treatments.
French start up Fazup will protect us, gifting the DPA guests its anti-radiations patch, a revolutionary patch which blocks 95% of radiations coming from your phones.
DPA was also offering amazing trips for travelers: 10 well-known stars received trips to Relais and Chateaux’s Le Taha’a Island Resort and Spa in French Polynesia, five minutes from Bora Bora.
Soori Bali, which features one of Bali’s 10 most beautiful swimming pools according to the August 2017 issue of Robb Report, will also pamper 10 selected guests at one of the most exquisite luxurious locations in Bali.

DPA had two great charitable organizations at the event: Stepping Forward LA and the Sierra Club
