One of the most beloved non-profit organizations in Los Angeles, Project Angel Food, along with star of FX’s “The Bridge” Annabeth Gish and Hollywood insider John McIlwee  host the 2nd annual DELISH fundraiser this Sunday, September 29th at the all new Siren Cube at Siren Studios in Hollywood.

DELISH will be more than just a food tasting. The success of the organizations  inaugural outing, held last October, prompted the increased number of food and wine vendors and a childrens section, assuring fun for the whole family. The event will feature an eclectic combination of food and beverage stations that will be serving up not only the tastiest treats and most delicious drinks, but will also be providing various “extras” or “how-to’s” that can turn a plain, simple dish into one that is forever memorable. Culinary experts & ace mixologists will help guide guests as they mix and match their picks of the many food & beverage options available.

DELISH will introduce the all new childrens section for kids 12 and under and will feature tons of healthy snacks, apron & chef hat decorating, and a candy “bar” and lounge.  As part of the “;Sweets, Candies and Crafts”;launch, Project Angel Food has partnered with Hasbro and will be giving away Easy-Bake Ovens to the first 25 ticketed children (12 and under) through the door.

Tickets are $100 each or $25 per child (12 and under) and may be purchased in advance at http://www.angelfood.org through noon  on Friday or at the door on Sunday.  All proceeds will benefit Project Angel Food and its mission to nourish the body and spirit of men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses.
