The KCRW Masquerade Ball 2017

Spread the love

THE EXPERIENCE MAGAZINE attended the annual KCRW masquerade ball. It was held at THE MACARTHUR in dtla.
There were lots of djs including the Black Madonna and Tensnake. There were also a lot of performers like the Axon Orchestra and Lucha Vavoom.

The Macarthur has lots of different rooms and is a very large venue. We sat in a room where they put together a montage of clips from many different Halloween films. There was a lot of creativity in the variety of costumes at this event with a lot of walking around in the different
rooms to suit your taste for entertainment.

To take a break from all the festivities there was a back area with food trucks and we tried some of the fare from the Mandoline Grill. It was a great vegan noodle bowl. There was also a photo booth in the back and a mock graveyard for some more photo ops. KCRW hosted a great Halloween party and we
hope to make it back next year. It is an amazing member supported station that has great music and news. We highly recommend for viewers of THE EXPERIENCE MAGAZINE to tune in to KCRW!
