dineL.A. Jan. 12 – 26, 2018 “Art’s Table” in Santa Monica

10th Anniversary of dineL.A.!
2018 Winter dineL.A. started January 12 and ended 26th.

The Experience Magazine chose the special dineL.A. dinner at Art’s Table in Santa Monica.
Very trendy and elegant new American cuisine.

Nice and cozy atmosphere inside in a cold day.
It seems like local people come and hang out at the bar area.

Our Starters are Tony Montana Corn – cuban style charred corn with cilantro aioli, chili oil, queso fresco and lime and Art’s Garlic Guacamole Toasts.

Charred corn was sweet and I just want to keep eating!
Look at the toasts with plenty of guacamole! I LOVE them! They made me super happy!

For the main, we had Fish Tacos – Grilled Ono and Greek Corn Salad with Spiced lemon dressing.

Greek Corn Salad was mountain! you can share with 4 people.
I like Kale so I chose this salad. They didn’t disappoint me. Sweet corn, Kale and lemon dressing… Great combination. I recommend it!

I realized that they use the unique dishes. We asked the server what they use, and they were Crow Canyon enamelware. I felt like somehow I was eating at a campsite. very cozy feeling.

The last course, our desserts: Chocolate Buttermilk Cake and Croissant Bread Pudding.
Server’s recommendation was Croissant Bread Pudding and she was right. Bread pudding was amazing, not too sweet and I liked the texture of the pudding.

Great food, service and atmosphere.
I will return to try other dishes.
