The Greystone Mansion 8th annual Concours d’Elegance was held on Sunday, May 7th in Beverly Hills and was a day like no other! For those that don’t know about the Concours d,Elegance, it is a premier automotive show and collection of classic cars and motorcycles held on the mansions 18 acre grounds which helps in fund raising for the preservation of the Greystone Estate.
This years Event also celebrated the 100th anniversary of Lincoln Motors and the 70th of Ferrari of which many of their models were on display.


There was well over 135 privately owned classic cars and 20 rare and unique motorcycles from Heroes Motors LLC, Plus






If the classics didn’t satisfy your tastebuds then auto makers such as McLaren, Alfa Romeo, Tesla, Aston Martin, Karma, Bentley and Lexus brought out some of their newest models to ooh and ahh over.


The event grounds were beautiful with its stone walkways, numerous terraces, ponds and gardens, creating an atmosphere of elegance not to mention the food at the event was top notch from the choice of salads to the slow cooked BBQ beef brisket, BBQ St. Louis style baby back ribs, boneless chicken breast and let’s not forget the mac and cheese! The dessert table was dressed in lemon bars, chocolate fudge nut brownies and red velvet chocolate chip cookies.
After lunch was a great time to take a tour of the Mansion where inside we found vendor’s of fine Automobile Art from oil paintings to sculptures and lots of other Automotive memorabilia. We saw how the Doheny family lived, from their private bowling alley and billiard room to the hideaway bar that was used during the times of prohibition in the 1930’s and marvel at the mansions breathtaking views.

Groups such as Federation Internationale des Vehicules Anciens (FIA), the Historic Vehicle Association (HVA) and the Friends of Greystone (FOG) created a truly wonderful and memorable event.
