The Taste of Venice

The Taste of Venice (formerly the Taste of Abbot Kinney) supports local nonprofit Inside Out Community Arts while celebrating the chefs that make this eclectic and cosmopolitan community their home. This afternoon event highlights Venice’s extraordinary culinary talent and features a unique restaurant walking/tasting tour where you can sample signature dishes from your favorite chefs as well as enjoy wine, beer and cocktail tastings. Highlights also include music, cooking demonstrations by favorite Venice chefs and special presentations by hosts Adam Gertler from The Food Network and Jet Tila from Iron Chef America during the VIP hour.

The Restaurants:

Inside Out Community Arts is very grateful to all the wonderful restaurants and bars who generously open their doors and donate tastes to support Inside Out’s after school programs for underserved youth. This year, restaurants from all over Venice will be participating in the VIP reception such as Chaya Venice, Cafe Gratitude, Hostaria del Piccolo, Piccolo Venice, Sauce on Hampton, Tasting Kitchen, Barnyard, Larry’s, Barlo, Venice Ale House & Bank of Venice, Groundwork Coffee Company, Le Cellier, and Rose Cafe as well as Goose Island Beer Co, Veev Cocktails, Noble Vines Wine, Goodbites Trufflesand more! And we also still have our unique walking/tasting tour of Abbot Kinney Boulevard restaurants including Joe’s, Hal’s Bar & Grill, Pork Belly’s, Willie Jane, Feed Body & Soul, The Otheroom, Lemonade, Local 1205, Primitivo, Abbot’s Pizza, Tlapazola, and more!
