The swanky bar at Norma. Its very popular

The Experience Magazine stopped by Norma to sample the DineLA menu. The prix-fixe menu for DineLA was priced at $65. We started with Buttermilk Biscuits. These were delicious and a big hit. They had Hot Honey Butter and Seasonal Jam on the side.

Delicious cocktails before our DineLA dinner

Also a tasty appetizer from the DineLA menu was the Farmers Market Stone Fruit Salad. This dish had Peach, Nectarine, Beet, Yuzu, Thyme, Vinaigrette, Pistachio and Queso. This was a tasty fruit salad and very fresh. The Fried Broccoli had Caulini, Broccolini, Coconut Aminos and Tumie Coco. This was the surprise hit. I really like this one.

The Soba Noodles had Ginger, Coconut Aminos, Snap Pea, Pea Tendril and toasted Sesar. I really liked it. I wish there were more noodles. It was a little spicy. I would say it was Thai food level of spicy and Soba is really a healthy Japanese dish.  For dessert off their DineLA menu, we had the Stone Fruit Clafoutis. This had California Plums and Brulee Sugar. A tasty end to our meal.
