(EXPERIENCE MAGAZINE) — DIRECTOR’S GUILD — West Hollywood, CA — March 9th 2020 — Monday night saw Corey Feldman roll into West Hollywood to premiere his long-awaited documentary My Truth: The Rape of 2 Coreys. Corey Feldman, is a sexual abuse survivor, activist and national ambassador for CHILD USA.



Corey is also a member of SAG committees on sexual harassment, and he was instrumental in getting the Child Victim’s Act passed in California and New York last year. He brought his whole TRUTH to light, as promised. My Truth is helmed by award winning director Brian Herzlinger (My Date with Drew) and features interviews with many of The Two Coreys’ friends and co-stars including Keith Coogan (Adventures in Babysitting, The Fox & The Hound), Jamison Newlander (The Lost Boys) the late Kristoff St. John (Bad News Bears, The Young & The Restless) in his final interview.



The documentary also includes an exclusive interview with Disney star and childhood sexual assault survivor Ricky Garcia, who recently came forward about his own abuse as a teen star in the industry. Corey hopes that this film will serve as a call to action so that justice can be served, and children can finally be protected.







A few of the people that the Experience Magazine saw at the premiere were Corey Feldman, his wife Courtney Anne Mitchell, Playboy model Susannah Sprague,Rosanna Arquette, Patricia Richardson, Dave Navarro, Chris Kattan, Crystal Hefner and Jamie Kennedy (Scream, Malibu’s Most Wanted).









Although there were some issues with the live streaming portion of the event, It was still a big success. Many celebrities came out and dressed in black tie formal attire. After the screening at the Directors Guild, the event moved to the legendary Rainbow club on Sunset, where, of course, Ron Jeremy was hanging out.





Corey hopes to get My Truth: The Rape of 2 Coreys to everyone that ordered the Live Streaming portion of the event as soon as possible.
